* ROB BLAKE has to be leading the best general manager derby. Rated 29th out of 31 NHL teams, his Kings have opponents fit to be tied. After unloading dead wood while stockpiling draft choices, he's watched coach Todd McLellan do magical things with vets such as Anze Kopitar and Drew Doughty.
